2023 ACTIF CARMARTHENSHIRE SPORTS AWARDS – 22 FEBRUARY 2024

2023 ACTIF CARMARTHENSHIRE SPORTS AWARDS
22 FEBRUARY 2024 – THEATR Y FFWRNES, LLANELLI

On 22 February 2024 Mr David Craddock, Chairman and Trustee, and Cllr Andrew Stephens, Vice Chairman and Trustee of Ty Bryngwyn Hospice Trust, were invited to attend the 2023 Actif Carmarthenshire Sports Awards event. Ty Bryngwyn Hospice had been selected as one of the charities for the evening along with Llanelli First Responders and St Pauls Family Centre. A total of £819 was raised from the raffle and Mr Craddock and Cllr Stephens gratefully received their share of the proceeds totalling £273.00.

The awards are an opportunity to recognise and reward sports people and teams who have made a positive difference and shown outstanding achievements whether it be as an athlete, coach, volunteer or sport team.

Mr Craddock and Cllr Stephens were honoured to attend this splendid occasion and to be made aware of the marvellous sports people we have in Llanelli and throughout Carmarthenshire many of whom face difficulties in their own personal lives and yet strive to overcome these and unselfishly help many others to achieve so much.

Ymlaen Llanelli and Actif Leisure.
